How long does it take?
The application process take about five weeks from submission of the accurate and complete application to acquiring a registry identification card. The applicant may contact the Colorado Medical Marijuana Registry if no response received within six weeks of submission of application.
How do I qualify?
- Must be a Colorado resident with a valid proof of identification and residency
- Must be diagnosed for any of the qualifying conditions under a bona fide physician-patient relationship
